Social Tab as the default Tab for Live Chat, new smilies and colours in Live Chat!

ctrl + v is paste. when pasting a user's name into the spot, if you forget control it just puts in "v" and you have to wait 24hr for the invite to run out to send the correct one.

things implemented in Live Chat:

1. Social is now the default Tab (instead of Help)
2. 19 New smilies added
