to roll 3 attacker dice you need minimum a 4 stack as the troop holding the territory doesn t attack.
if you stop there after your example, you would have a battle outcome of -100% on the 3vs2

for attack:
3 dice with a 4 stack minimum
2 dice for a 3 stack ect

for defense:
2 dice for 2 and over
1 for 1

in case of draw, the defender always wins.

They are two different things, the dice outcome and the battle outcome. In the case above (6,6,1 vs 6,6), your luck would be about +20% (6,6,1 is a good roll) vs +70% (6,6 is an even better roll). The numbers may be different, I am not sure how exactly the luck is determined, but the result is the same. You both get good luck, his luck better than yours, since you also drooped a 1. In battle outcomes, the programm compares the result of the battle cersus the expected result. The expected result is something like 1,1-0,9 for you (meaning that in 20 such battles you should win 11 and lose 9) and it ended 0-2, so it will offer a battle outcome luck of +220% for your opponent and the same or something similar for you, but minus.
So, those are 2 different things. You may have bad dice, but opponent even worse, or you may have good dice, but opponent even better. In my opinion, dice luck means nothing, except from the satisfaction to check if you roll all 6 outcomes at the same rate. Battle outcomes represent a game's total luck better, because at the very end, you care if you won the battle or not. Losing 6 vs 6 or 1 vs 6 makes no difference to the game. If you win many battles with 3 vs 2 or 4 vs 3, your dice luck will be worse compared to losing many battles with 6 vs 6 and 5 vs 5, but the second senario will offer you the game. A small problem here, is that it is not easy to check the individual luck per game, compared to opponent. I will go make that suggestion (a luck bar per game, showing who had the better battle outcomes per game) again in the suggestion forum at some point.

And perhaps, I was not clear enough. Luck 0% in battle outcomes 3 dice vs 2 dice +0% does not mean you won 10 battles and lost 10. It means you won 11 and lost 9. The program compares the battle outcomes with expected ones

And do not ask me why roll dices have an average of 3.51, instead of 3.50 for all CC players. Only Chuck Norris knows why this happens, who, by the way, has an average luck of 6,01

Well, remember, a finite set need not have the properties of an infinite set. In this case, the finite set of rolls that one gets does not have to resemble anything of the infinite set of random dice rolls. The Law of Large Numbers says that the experimental probability will approach the theoretical probability as the set grows larger, but it need not actually equal it.

but we changed the subject,

clearly nobody has admitted that they cheat,
and i dont know if there are programms out there ,
since my laptops hard disk crashed ( and me wasting lot of time to recover data - didnt work so i destroyed it )
i changed from windows and play now with a macbook,

in windows i had this gadgets installed but didn't know much how to use em, had just started installing it

but i do also ralise that my dice are not that bad,
but all this mathematic and percentages made my head spin, i m not the best in math ( at least not in that field )

so if u assure me, that nobody can hack, cheat on this site
and its just this randomness, than i hope that this randomness starts to behave more logical or lets say more acceptable

but some post their horror experience with the dice, and i am not the only one,

i dont know what changed, but this crazy streak was going on for too long,

of course i benefited from someone else's bad dice luck too, i had that one forgotten

all these 3 things happening in the same game is x-files!

otherwise, people can enter maximum security government networks ect, I don't think hacking cc dice would be absolutely impossible. but if someone does that, I guess you could see it on his dice stats, everyone has 3.51 average. If you find someone with 4 average or so, I would be willing to think he's a cheat.
