i set up 1 of each aswell and got my ass well and truely kicked in both before even starting my first turn..
so based on this i wouldnt say this works 1v1 with such a small map and a bonus-system that (if you get the correct drop) makes it so that whoever goes 1st can drop 7 and whoever 2nd gets 4.. im not sure if ukey just got extremely lucky with his deploy and dice, but both games where lost before i even started my turn going 2nd (still going so may change, but its pretty unbalanced in my book with 7v4 starting-bonuses).
then again there are maps that are unbalanced that people still enjoy like city-mogul or supermaxxx prison-rape.. ill set up a couple more and will update as it progresses, but initial feeling is that connected-bonus system + random deploy and loads of neutrals basically dooms player 2 since no real chanse of breaking whatever player 1 gets round 1.. maybe set starting-places would make it more balnced.. but then again im a fan of any conquest-map for 1v1 and basically dont like any map with random drop for this type of game..
ill try some team-games aswell but i think it would be very messy to get any type of significant bonus in a trips or quads.. but ill try it first and speak after..
