Conquer Club

I would like to talk to some graphics people about making some new mastheads, banners, and buttons for the CC Dispatch.

The Dispatch is going to be getting a major face-lift in the next little while, and if you can turn out decent graphics quickly we could use your services. Come put your stamp on the look of CC Dispatch Two Point Oh!

I've thought about doing a big contest of some kind, but I really don't want to paint myself into a corner like that, because the scope of what we need is going to keep changing, and I need the flexibility to redefine what I ask of you. Have a look at the Dispatch, look at the banners we use now, and estimate how long it would have taken you to do those if you had done them. Then, if and only if that amount of time seems like something you're willing to contribute, please send me a PM or post here.

Given that the current banners are just stock images put together it's something I could do easily. I have a lot of freelance work on at the moment so I'd need about two weeks to get something together.

Would you swap our services for a little 'graphics by' plus logo somewhere? Id be willing to take a look and give you a time frame as soon as you have requirements to get the ball rolling. no stock images... everything custom. We are presently preparing for a huge relaunch of our site... sort of dated at the moment. We've worked with TVGuide, Williams, Hertz, MIT, Express, Sony, DSI... list goes on and on. If we help you it gets done the right way and all original.

I could certainly help w/ the "look" and after that is established, pass on the Photoshop doc to be easily editable by somebody else. Would also hate to paint myself into a corner.

My good friend who has seen me play tons of times always complains about the graphics on Conquer Club's site
He is in to games, and is a specialist in hi-end look development. I already told him that I would post this, and that I hope for the best for all involved. Especially since I'm a player here, I would like to see the hole package get a facelift. Even if it will happen in steps.
Contact him, make a deal that will fit both parties well. I'll do what I can to put him under pressure to accept.

He doesn't have any game related stuff in his current portfolio since he is targeting the commercial industry, but he can do this. Give it a shot!

quick history of creds :: Been doing design for 11+ years, current webmaster for 23 campus school district, Senior Designer, 6+ yr for an ad agency. I can do anything print or digital, and have been looking to use my talent for help with map making, but I'm totally down to help out here too.

Timeframe on turnaround is probably situational, with me, as I'm sure with others too, dependent on depth of job needed, and current workload at the job, life, etc.

But yeah, most certainly interested in helping out, lmk details when you have them!
