I think MrBenn coded it so that LIVE, during any World Cup Match (in real life South Africa), that the secret assault routes are activated. (Wouldn't that be exciting if such a thing was possible?)

You have to be at the matches though in order to receive the route details (which are etched into the seats the day before kick-off). I'll text you all when I'm at England v Algeria next Thursday in Cape Town
