keep playing games, and rating your opponents after the games are over...

This page, Medals Descriptions will explain what you need for all Medals.

Specifically in reference to your question:

Ratings Achievement
Awarded to members that left X ratings. Bronze=40, Silver=200, Gold=500

question i have been leaving ratings first time for a long time left 50 or so why is my medal total not gone up

I should have diamond ratings medal, but it hasn't changed.

The medal total will not go up until the game is no longer in the "recently finished" tab. That's when your opponents will receive your ratings and when they'll count towards your medal totals.

Not sure why you are flaming me code. Go back and look at the chat in our games. Here are our last 4 and I didnt give you a bad rating ever.
