Welcome to the Time Warp

Everyone gathered, ready to do the time warp again. However, there was no call for dancing. This was a much more sombre gathering. A gathering that could be said to include everything and everyone - or nothing at all, as chance may have it.
How long is a week? 7 days? We are gathered here today to discuss the much more important question of: how long is a weak? Or how long should it be, rather, since such a thing cannot be presumed to exist.
One thing is clear, though. The first day is here, it is bright and it is sunny. Beautiful. Nothing untoward has happened. You are all wearing a dashing morning suit (or dress). Everything is going along quite fetchingly until a clock is started. As everyone watches the clock, they realize that time must pass. For it to pass, it must die.
Almost mystically, the real order of life was destroyed. Nobody was quite sure what day it was anymore. Is it actually day 1, or is it just an illusion? Also, the normal passing of time was disrupted. Now it was up for our unsuspecting dinner guests to decide what happens next. Somebody must die, in place of time. But who?
After a quick early morning spat, the party recessed to enjoy a luncheon. The current opinions stood as follows:
