As the morning sun ascends in the sky, its warm glow finds the imposing figure of The Tick standing tall, like some sort of pagan God… or a deposed tyrant! Staring out over The City he's sworn to… stare out over, the weight of his thoughts is palpable, and it's evident just by looking at him that he's got some pretty heavy things on his mind. There's trouble brewing in The City, and this is no fresh pot of morning joe, no sir! This is an acrid blend brewed by those who hoard the last drops, leave behind scorched remnants in the pot, and expect others to clean up their mess. Man, talk about EVIL!
Whispers exchanged at Ben's Diner carry rumors of a nest of evil-doers laying some nefarious plans within The City's confines, ready to hatch like some diabolical chicken. Yet, unbowed, The Tick and his stalwart companions stand at the ready, eager to pound two-fisted justice into the hearts and minds of those who just can't seem to work and play well with others!
Villains, your reckoning awaits, for you face... The Tick!
Game Notes:
In this game,
Citizen = Town. (Either term is acceptable in the discussion.)
There are no random effects.
Roles may be combined and/or modified from what you are used to.
Some things may be hidden or unusual, but not so much that I would consider this a "Bastard" game.
Disclaimer: This is my first time modding, so I apologize in advance if I screw anything up. Role Madness games are difficult to balance, but I tried to give everyone a chance. I expect a lot of crazyness. Just roll with it and have fun!

I have had no exposure to "The Tick" apart from those little black things that spread nasty stuff here is oz.
so... I just did some research and watched the first episode.
Seems there are bad guys... and bumbling super heros... lots of them

There was a Hulu show a couple years called the Tick that was pretty good, probably some kind of remake of this one. Let's get these villains!

I'm gonna have to get some Tick episodes going this week. Anyone know what streaming platform is good for this show/are they all just free on Youtube?
