What this map needs
-Continent X has 2 territories, 1 of them is a killer neutral - all owned by Player Y
-CC deals continent X bonus and assigns troops to Player Y
-Then CC triggers killer neutrals leaving Player Y sad, but hopefully Player Y will resiliently manage to take back that 1 killer neutral and regain bonus for 1 more round.
CC deals bonus first then triggers killer neutrals. And a lot of new possibilities can happen.
These mechanics applied to this map:
Bucanneers can conquer the loot which will bring great reward (3 x the number of neutrals on them). A 5 neutral troop loot will yield 15. Only valid for 1 round
Colonial Powers must avoid that those stinking Bucanners get that precious loot
