Okay, but isn't that just moving topics? I'm talking about the actual implementation of suggs that I think are good but didn't get much attention...

You may have misread. Those posting here will just be temporary helpers moving topics. However, we still are accepting Open Team CC Applications for depts---which Suggestions currentl is.
