Just submitted my EPIC egg. Can I make the free premium a prize for my tournament? Does CC allow re-gifting?

Do we have to keep our submission secret?

No, it is unlimited free speed games on the Easter map, though I realise I didn't specify in the first post. Casual games however, are still limited to 4.
