Is there a breakdown of how the first 36 players achieved a spot in the map?

Official Tournaments and Events, they earned their spots because they were offered as prizes. I'd have to put the breakdown together but i don't think it's necessary. The events in which spots were offered was the World Cup 2011 Event and the Summer Bash Event.
