Good luck guys and congrats on the position. I know we can expect good things from each of you. I personally have been a moderater myself on several forum sites and I'm even an admin on some. Only reason I didn't try for an application here yet was because I hven't been to this site for long and so I haven't got to know the people that visit the forums yet so I'd be not be the best mod I could be. Expect my application when I do though because this site is AWESOME!!! :D :D :D All I have to say to any competiton to my volunteering in the future is "Good luck 'cause you'll need it!!" ;) :)

Yes.

These new workhorses have to be whipped into shape properly before they can properly moderate.
