So if I play as red, do I always get Tituba, Elizabeth Parris, and Joseph Buxton? Or do I get a random landowner, accused and accuser?

I think each color is supposed to represent a starting position (g.e. Tituba, Elizabeth Parris, and Joseph Buxton would all be one position).

Correct...it was done this way so that there is a good spread of positions across the board for each player.

Is that supposed to read "Either Town Meeting House or Old Meeting House"?
