Wow, this map is a doozy! Nice work, I guess!

How'd you figure the color scheme? It seems like a rather strange choice of colors.

I guess I'd expect it to go one of a few ways: mirroring the current USA map color scheme, going full on red-white-and-blue, or going a more traditional route with more evenly distributed colors across the spectrum - it doesn't seem to balance aesthetically-speaking.

I don't see nothing wrong with the current color scheme.
Moreover with all the colored routes, the current zone bonus colors works perfectly.

Will double check the final xml - images this evening...expect a yellow stamp soon!

several city names appear twice on the map in different states, for example augusta and berlin. in the xml and game log, will u be showing every city with name and state, for example Columbus OH? if all cities, not just the ones with duplicate names, are shown like this, then it helps those of us whose american geography isn't so good.

sorry, guys, i forgot to mention earlier post about including the state abbreviation in every name. the main reason for this is to help players who aren't very sure of the location of a city that has just been won or lost in the game log, for example not everyone knows where to find small towns such as colby or dyer on such a large map. this can be a big issue in freestyle or speed games.

The map has passed through rigorous gameplay and graphics examinations and all major concerns have been addressed, the xml has been checked and stamped. So, If you have any other concerns, please make your voice heard.
If after a reasonable amount of time there has not been any objection or protest, the map will be stamped and submitted for the Beta period.
