So how will you outline the text. Do you want two fonts sizes and overlay them?

Er -> I suppose I could use 2 fonts... be a bit nasty - but it could work!?

Was just gonna ignore it -> It's for BOB overlaying the numbers on Map Inspect to help them be more visible on darker countries...

I get:
The image “http://img180.imageshack.us/img180/295/22pxlcircleonlyst1.png” cannot be displayed because it contains errors.
