Welcome co-co! Ladies and gentleman, co-co is the 2010 World Cup of Risk Champion!! Woot!!!

I wish I could grant you a bye, but then we'd have a...9-player Final which does not really work.
And besides, if we're talking about the men's FIFA World Cup, then I think Italy was the last team to qualify as previous World Cup winners, in 2002 I believe. After that FIFA abolished that clause, with only the host qualifying. And that would break the CC rule that the tournament winner must win 3 games.

I've added you to Egypt: Lower! Though everyone will have their work cut out for them, players in the African League, and all players, watch out!

i'd like to play and my first choice is the nyc division. since there is only 1 slot left, if i am too late my next choice will be charleston, followed by san fran and finally chicago.
