Starting positions have been drawn!!! Just waiting on 4 reserves then I will ask for privileges and get this started.

From this list your first matches will be Attacking the person one number infront of you ( shaunchef attacks Sirsebstar ) and will be Defending against the person behind you ( shaunchef defends against Nikita42 )

Round 1 Player Positions:

Postby SirSebstar on Tue Feb 09, 2010 7:22 pm

not to be thick r something, but do you mean actual real time to see if your attacker is already dead, should you loose your defending game? I mean i am winning my game, but if i were loosing it, would it help me to wait the full 24 hours so i can get near death instead?? it sounds a bit cheesy.
i hope you mean rounds instead of real time

I had same question - I am losing my game and actually did wait to take my next turn, but agree that it's cheesy - gonna' just take my turns as they come up and let the chips fall where they may.

Yes it is real time from when that game has started, I calculate how many hours since the game starts that you die... Say for example you start your defend game on Feb 5th and the attack game on Feb 6th and you lose your defend game on feb 10th. That does not mean whoever your attacking has survived yet, they are not safe until more then the exact same time has elapsed in both games. Hope that helps

in the case that has occured right now, ETROPAL has been eliminated and is winning his current attack game, but due to time if he wins that game his opponent has already moved on to round 2

As to update this - shaunchef and ETROPAL have been eliminated
Nikita42 and J_A both get an elimination added to their stats
Easy N Dirty, drunkmonkey and SirSebstar have survived into round 2

As your attacker is currently dead, you have survived that round.. If you lose the match i chalk it up as a near death and it is added to your stats

Only a couple deciding matches remain, If all goes well they are all approximately 1-2 turns away from being over and I can start round 2 on Monday!

There has been 4 eliminations so far - Great job in round 1 guys, remember as each round increases so does your amount of attack and defend games.

Ran into a slight hiccup - Round 2 will commence in 24 hours time. One member of this tournament has become freemium and has 24 hours to respond to my PM or they are eliminated and we will start round 2 without them. Sorry for the delayed update and good luck to everyone in round 2!!
