Lurk's Roulette [Winner: jwithington]

Lurk's Roulette

Theme:
Russian Roulette based tournament where in the 20 people (scaled up to meet tournament requirements) stand in a circle with guns drawn at the back of the head of the participant in front of them. Being eliminated is based on luck and the reaction time of the person behind you.

Three possible outcomes can occur; first being you get offed, second being the guy behind you does not have a bullet in the chamber, third being the guy behind you had all the means to kill you but was too slow and died...

For the first round you start with 1 bullet (a 1v1 game) as a chance to get a kill. Each consecutive round 1 more bullet gets added to the gun until either all 6 chambers are full and it goes to a draw.

At this point the winner is determined by most eliminations, and if this is a tie it will go to most near deaths.

I hate 1v1, but I like the idea for this tournament. I will be in, so I can be first out.

Is elimination based on time or round? If it's based on time, isn't there the possibility of players stalling on games to see if their attacker gets killed?

Elimination is based on time from when the game started, however if stalling becomes a lengthy problem the rules may be changed to lessen the amount of rounds before the game does not result in an elimination and will consider making it round based (only concern with round based is it would be very possible to have a conflict with a player killing someone in round 10 and also dying in round 10 in another game)
