Gameplay is dependent on the ROUND, yes?

Division B has different card/spoils settings for game 2 than we did for game one. Is this by design?

So that's gameplay changing each GAME, not each round. Not what I'd expected, but will battle it out. No spoils is gonna be slow, though. and if it ever comes up with, say adjacent... *ugh*

chances are you wont see any more no spoils :P as it does move far too slow
