Round 1:
You'll start by trying to make some money fast... The word on the street is that drugs are the way and you will join a gang... You find out fast that there is a competition for that money, everybody wants a cut, and there is a gang just across the street that want what you're getting...
It's time to act, it's either you get the money or you get the tombstone, the choice is up to you.

Format explanation: It's a gang war, you don't know when the other gang gonna act and you don't know where or what they do unless you see it in your eyes, you can help only the ones you can reach through your complicated communication system you have been developed, and there is no money falling from the sky, if you want more thugs you have to control the right spots!

Map: Operation Drug War
Type:Quadruples
Order: Sequential
Spoils: No Spoils
Reinforcements: Chained
Fog of War: Yes

Teams:
The tourney starts with 40 players (freemiums need to have one slot open) 97% of turns taken is required. I want 5 reserves, which gonna be only premiums (if there will be a need, I want to be sure the reserve can get in whenever).
All players will be divided to 4 classes by points they have at the start of the tourney (once I close the list of players, I'll write down each player points, which will decide which class he will be designated to, even if it will change from that moment until the actual start of the tourney) each team will have one player representing each class: Highest, High, Low and Lowest.

You never know who stands on the other side of the smoking barrel, so
after 1st round each member of the winning team will be asked to PM the 3 (including himself) players he wanna continue to play with in the next round. Which will form 5 teams of 3 for the next round and 5 thugs that have been left to the dogs...
This five thugs will be thrown to a ring for their chance to get back in the game while rich people cheering out loud and spreading their money on different kind of weapons to see blood. 3 thugs that will stand taller in this round will form a new gang in the next round.

Midround:

Type: Standard
Order: Sequential
Spoils: Escalating
Reinforcements: Unlimited
Fog of War: No

Round 2:
After you survive your first gang war, you feel the greed in your blood, drug money just not enough for you, you want it all and you want it now!!! You move up, even if it means abandoning you gang mates, they won't die (not straight away) but will become your rival, because the money just to good to go away...
Now it's the time to become the biggest mobster in town, you're going for it all, but you're not alone... another gang thinks you're just a bump on the road and will try to flat you. Once again the grave is calling... What will you do???

Maps: Prohibition Chicago
Type: Triples
Order: Sequential
Spoils: No Spoils
Reinforcements: Chained
Fog of War: Yes

You never know who stands on the other side of the smoking barrel, so
after 2nd round each member of the winning team will be asked to PM the 2 (including himself) players he wanna continue to play with in the next round. Which will form 3 teams of 2 for the next round and 3 thugs that have been left to the dogs...
This 3 thugs will be thrown to a ring for their chance to get back in the game while rich people cheering out loud and spreading their money on different kind of weapons to see blood. 2 thugs that will stand taller in this round will form a new gang in the next round.

Midround:
Maps: Circus Maximus
Type: Standard
Order: Sequential
Spoils: Escalating
Reinforcements: Unlimited
Fog of War: No

Round 3:
You been able to kill the competition, but you did it in the open, everybody saw it. The police got you straight away, the DA was vicious and the verdict was fast... You will spend the rest of your life in prison!!! And if that isn't enough, all the big boys from a round the country is in it with you...
The warden don't like neither of you, and very fast he gives you a good reason to be on his side of hate: {Warden: "I don't like neither one of you thugs, in here or out there on the street... So I'll make it easy on both of us, you'll kill all the others mobsters and I'll fall asleep with the gate open, I know you have a good stash waiting for you, and you'll have couple of days to find it and take it overseas, before I'll let know that you on the run... Take the offer, or wait until someone that took it will put under ground... hahahah :twisted: "}
The choice is easy, six feet under or being a millioner in a different country. There is only one guy left that you can trust and will keep an eye on you're back, you better do the same...
This is the battle of the big guys, and only the biggest will remain alive... WILL IT BE YOU?

I'm not playing, but I would like to point out that (I've been told) the 2nd team to join a freestyle game, especially triples/quads, will almost always win, even if they're just a mediocre team. You'll probably want to consider revising those settings.

because then more likely they (more then one player) will have first turn??? is that the point???
even if they get the first turn everyround it gives them slight advantge... slight, I agree on that, but more then that... we talking about first round only, and there is a fog involved (which in quads means practicly nothing, I know that..)
I want it to fit the theme of the tourney this why I choose freestyle all rounds, even though I don't like to play freestyles myself (solo, team is another thing that I have yet to try).
I'll give it a week, if the sign ups will be slow I'll change it to sequential (which will ruin most of the theme, but if that's what it will take to run this tourney that will be the only option I guess).

I added you in, but you'll need to raise your turns taken up to 97% before this (if ever) goes of the ground...

OK... so it's been two weeks and the sign ups are going slower then three-legged turtle, so I'll use the advice I got to change it to Sequential order (all games).

I'll give it three more weeks for sign ups, if it not be full then I'll cancel it.

Think of that as a reality show... if you win you have the chance to lose the weekest guy in the team to have the best shot next round, or the one who doesn't help the team or just the outsider, he will get an oppertunity then to be on the otherside if he ruthless enough...
