I ran something like this a while ago and you are going to probably want something more steep than -5 for not showing.

It's not likely, but you could be waiting 8 or more games in a row to remove someone that way if they stop playing without a word.

Actually, it's -8, (-5 for last and a -3 extra). Or, perhaps, it is NOW... and wasn't when you posted that. Ugh, editable messageboards. A great idea that hurts the brain at 3am.
