March Madness ’08
64 players/teams (10 reserves)
All players welcome (please have one game slot open to begin the tournament and have that slot remain open until you lose or the tournament ends)
Subsequent rounds will not begin until all games in the previous round have been completed.
This will be a single loss elimination, bracket style tournament
Pick an NCAA Division 1 basketball team (men’s or women’s, if you need an idea you can go to http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/standings for men’s teams and http://sports.espn.go.com/ncw/standings for women’s teams)
Game settings for all games: 2 player, standard, sequential, escalating, chained, no fog (no infected neutral if it is implemented before the end of the tournament)
If the game is not joined within 48 hours this will result in a forfeit and a replacement player will be sought…please make an effort to join your games in a reasonable amount of time.
If your opponent is on your ignore list, please remove them for the duration of the game. If you cannot access your game because you are on your opponent’s ignore list, send me a pm and I will make a request of the other player to remove you. Non-compliance will result in a forfeit and a replacement player will be sought.
Seeding will be done by rank at the time that all slots are filled. Everyone will be ordered 1-64 and set into four quarters with 1v64, 2v63…32v33.
