Bravado aside, what are the tiebreaker rules? H2H amongst the tied teams? Then what?

In the event of a tie situation the first thing considered for the tie-break is the record between the two teams for that current round of play. After that, it will break down into individual head-to-head games to see who moves on. :)

UPDATE:

There were a couple more games that finished this week, so I have updated the standings at the beginning of the thread. I will be looking to create the last set of Second Round games probably either Friday or Saturday of this week. That should give enough time for most of the others to finish.

Keep having fun.

Well, World 2.1 is annoying. We were doing well but the other team has kinked us somewhat. We're still tightening the noose and baring any miraculous dice, the outcome appears favorable. 8)

By the way, how do you actually decide who plays on which map??

Alright, I have just sent out the final set of games to all teams for the Second Round. Now we just have to wait for you to finish all of them. How nice for me! It is still anyone's tournament. There is a very small spread in records, so anyone can still be eliminated.

As for how I decide who plays which map, it is all random, but each team plays on each map for each "round" of the second round. There are 10 sets of games in the second round, each set on the same map and each team on that map.

That's probably confusing, but that's how it works. :)

New standings are now up. However, they do not include those last two games that were just reported. I will include those with the next update.

UPDATE:

I have recorded several more completed games and Buzz Lightyear is the first team to clinch a spot in the Third Round. They have a record of 12-4, which means they will be in the Top 4 no matter what. All other teams are still in danger of being eliminated however.

I have posted the new standings and will check back this weekend to update again.

There is onw chance we have which is we win out last two games and the two teams above loose creating a threee way tie for last place. The touble with that is we are loosing our current games.

Just checked in on all the games and it looks there is nothing new to add to the standings as of this morning. Good luck in all of the remaining Second Round games.
