The 6th Tier [Winner = Deantursx]

Welcome to my 26th tournament! Out of laziness, I haven't made a tourney in a long time, but I'm feeling good about this format. I'll be accepting 30 players, and I'm only going to take premium players. I'm going to admit this now, this is a bit of a ripoff of Icepack's Icey League tournament. All games will be 1v1 on the Random Map. Here's how its all going to go down:
Settings:
30 players will sign up, and will be placed into tiers based on their ranks. There are 6 tiers, and 5 people in each tier.
During each round, everyone in one tier will play each other in a round robin. The top 2 players from each tier shall advance up a tier while the bottom 2 players shall drop down a tier. This will continue for a while, until eventually entire tiers will be eliminated from the tournament. In the final round, only The 6th Tier will remain, and those 5 players will play the final round robin to determine the winner of the tournament.
Exact Process of Tier Elimination:
Ties in round robins to determine who advances or declines will be determined based on Head-to-Head record. If no clear winner can be declared based on this, a play-in game will need to be played. Sometimes these play-in games will have more than one player.
(7/29) Edit: After every round, at least one tier has a 3-way tie. Personally, I despise 3 player games, and they are also dramatically slowing down the tournament. So, from now on 3 and 4-way ties that can't be decided by Head-to-Head record will be decided by which player took the smallest amount of rounds to win their games against the players they are tied with. If that doesn't work, then its back to the dreaded 3 player games.
