1) Those aren't ribs lol, they're called serratus anterior. Not visible on an average joe's belly, no matter how hard you try to find them.


2)Raising one arm has that effect lol.

lmao... Gill, the serratus anterior is the muscles that line your ribs.. yes, your ribs are showing... that happens when you're bodyfat drops below 10% usually.. as for me being buff or not. I was skinny and ripped, now I'm at 8% bodyfat with quite a bit of mass.. here is a picture of me about a year ago and I am even more built than this now.....



it looks like my pecs are non existent but its the way I was flexing.... but their size has increased a lot as has my core size and arms...

They are normally snug... Feels kind of nice actually.. haha I teach people how to lose weight, gain muscle, ect.... so the muscles help me do my job better
