Honestly though, the capitals are inanimate objects, what can we hold against them personally?
That being said, there has to be some acknowledgement to the science of aesthetics.

Belarus reminds me more of a train station than a prison. It's like one of the buildings in Metropolis. I like it, and the library kicks ass too.

Depends on who you ask, there's no definitive answer.
If you would rather split hairs than actually discuss something, be my guest. I think you may find a dictionary more entertaining than these forums, however.
