I just discovered him.

I wasn't born in an English Speaking Country so many of the books you all have read, old movies you have watched, awesome rock music that you've hear I have been discovering little by little thanks to the Internet.

This guy is awesome.

He lived in my hometown for a couple of years just before making it big.

One of Canada's greatest performers. I have seen him live a couple of times.

YES!! Neil Young is absolutely one of my all time favorite musicians ever! He is SO good! So good it hurts. After the Gold Rush is my favorite album of his, Harvest is good to, also his stuff with Crazy Horse, and the songs he did with Crosby Stills and Nash are amazing. Really there's so much good stuff that if you start digging you can't lose.

but he's no Bob Dylan*. THIS SHOW is definitely worth tracking down...

That is a great album, I remember as a kid being in the car with my dad listening to this album whilst driving in the rain and shouting NO RAIN NO RAIN NO RAIN NO RAIN! I've seen him live before in Hyde Park and he is was great there too:

Harvest is one of the few albums I keep going back to over the years. It's never been even slightly tiring, and it always feels like I'm hearing something new. Good call, I was due a re-listen.
