I think BBS has it cracked. We can discuss whatever and the thread could be peppered with the occasional whacking material for those on here who can't live without.

Hmm, actually this is a good idea.

For April 1st they should make it so that all threads are automatically merged in a single mega-thread. Any attempt to create a new thread will just result in a post in the mega-thread.

Then we see which subject of discussion gains dominance over the mega-thread (spoiler: It's gonna be US politics)
