and if you don't know, now you know, nigga
I never thought there was anything wrong with this, but today I found out it's not appropriate.
I was reading an AMA(AskMeAnything) on Reddit that Snoop Lion (Formerly known as Snoop Dog) was giving, and he informed me:
Users Question: If a white guy is singing along with of your songs, is he allowed to say "nigga?"
Snoops Answer: Def not in public!
As I believe Snoop Lion to be an Authority on this subject, I would like to formally apologize for any offense I might have caused to any CC members. As posts on CC qualify as "public" I never should have written those words. I'm a little disappointed that it's not appropriate for me to sing along with his songs, but if he says so, I'll accept it. In private I'm still going to sing my heart out though.
In short, I'm sorry

EDIT:
Oh, and just cause Kanye says this:
Kanye clarified this at the WTT gig I went to. During All of the Lights, the mainly white crowd went quiet during the line "our nigga dead". He stopped the song and said we were allowed to say it.
Doesn't make it right. I mean, Kanye interrupted Taylor Swift. He's not an Authority on the subject.
