(a) does martial arts, &

I have a relative with this condition. Apparently it can be debilitating at times, but his is generally controlled. Suspect your doctor will give you better advise than that there, though ;)

No, been having these symptoms since before I got back into martial arts. And when I got back into it, it was strictly non-contact stuff.
