I like him better since I have problems with authority. Thing to remember is that he's the exact same person only less the constraints of being an admin. If you put him in the light of any other player he's rather pleasant.

Or just maybe Lack would always have a big bowl of bananas on the table at the daily admin meetings and insist that the entire bowl be finished, nervously watching until the last bite was swallowed. Being the opportunist that she is, Andy created the monkey persona to gain favor, eating and talking about bananas for years while secretly despising them.
