I'd have to say that Zombies are better, although therefore I think that the Grim Reaper is better than both of them. And then there's also Ares to take into consideration. Ares would be able to kill robots and zombies, even though neither of them are living, that's just how good he is :D

ummmm... this is going to sound really nerdy, but GUNDAM was just the OS in the mobile suit, Kira Yamato called the thing Gundam after he figured out the OS. Borg are Cyborgs, yes, but they have to be LIVING tissue or it doesn't work, so they are more like robots than zombies, and a la resident evil enough severe trauma will keep them down, they can't move if the signal to move doesn't reach the limbs.

And as I say again, Robocop. Was he actually part robot? I forget.. I thought he was just some police guy with some really cool technological advanced armour.

he was a cop who got terminally injured in a raid on some drug lab, they saved what they could and augmented him with robot parts so that he could live, he was kind of like the borg if you think about it.
