Have to confess I'm not really up to speed on US politics.
Is Ron Paul anti-Liberal?

If so, he is a fool. "period", as you chaps might say.

If not, then I am a fool.
But I feel fine.

I wouldn't say anti-liberal, but pro-conservative and Constitution from what I have seen and read of his standings. :?

Would being anti-Constitution be so bad?

Not for sane people hopefully. Most of it is out of date.

It's actually very simple - if Ron Paul wins, he is one dead tomato. End of story.

Uh, no. Some of the Far-Left ones, possibly though.

And Titanic, if you don't like it, get over it.

is there a danger with a written constitiution that it becomes like a sacred text, rstricting genuine freedom of thought, and entrapping the society in outmodedthought patterns.
Obvious point-but guns etc

Like it or not there has to be limits on freedoms. Or everyone will do whatever they want ie...CHAOS. This nation was set up with a Constitution, if you don't like it, move.
THE DEBATE IS OVER...

Actually Suggs, Ron Paul was in the Libertarian party until he joined the republican party for this presidential election.
He says that since he is a republican congressman its only fair he is a republican candidate, but we all know that the reason he is running as a repbulican is because third party canditates get about as far in the election process as unriggable's dick into his mothers gaping huge asshole every night- after dessert time, but before nightnight book read time.(not very far, if you couldn't guess)

EDIT: I took most of the vulgarity out of my metaphor.

Our Constitution was the only good thing about our government. Yeah it should have been sacrosanct, and the fact that the right to bear arms is the only significant part that's left i find ironic. I'll keep my guns whether or not they're legal, so i'm not all that concerned about that. This has become a nation of flag waving morons, who have forgotten what the flag originally stood for. It is now merely a symbol that wankers like Bush use to manipulate the cow eyed yuppies and the ignorant rednecks.

Amen brother. I'll be turning 18 after the primaries but before the election, and if Ron Paul isn't nominated I'm registering as a libertarian. They're the closest thing to pre-Bush Republicans.
