Although I don't play 8 Man Speed Freestyle anymore, I'm still interested in seeing the fastest/slowest internet connections out there. Is my connection that much faster than say Snapo's? All in good fun..... so please post your results.

Here are my tests I just completed- 5 minutes or so apart.

CM isn't everything some people are able to perform 1, others 3. I think at a certain point it doesn't matter- Scott seems to be about as fast as you can be despite posting lower numbers here.

I was curious to see what the difference in speed was testing at home and across the country to a distant server is all.

The first one was run on my Cable Connection- which I figured would be slower than my wifi. Didn't realize by how much. These results are more like it.

In the bottom right corner, you can see the distance.... I tried the same.

Highest speed so far, but I'm not faster than you anyway, Scott. It got too much to do with ping and the distance to CC's game server.

Just above me... Why is LB's comcast cable so much faster than mine?

I suppose it's the old wireless router... time to upgrade i suppose...
