Comments: there have been no updates fora while so I posted a question in the thread on 14th October asking if there were any updates. I got no response so I sent a pm to the TO.

my query and his response were as follows:

Hey Gillipig,

just wondering what's happening with this tournament? haven't seen anything for a while and, well, quite frankly I'd like to confirm where I stand on it..lol.

Unfortunately I've given up on it . I've promised myself to never start another tournament and I've got a 1 year ban coming up soon. Sometimes I'm on this site several times a day, then I leave for a week, a month or half year. So I'm not very well suited to organize tournaments.

Edit: I don't mind rescuing this tournament myself at this point

Comments: Has not updated the standings for the tournament since October 9 and has not sent any new games out since about that time. The last batch of games were sent out for Week 5 of the NFL season and we are already in Week 9. TO has not responded to thread or posts made on his wall.

I would be willing to save this tournament. Please let me know what I need to do.

The Organizer posted in thread saying he is leaving the site. Unfortunately, we never got a schedule, so I don't think the tournament can ever be rescued, unless someone else wants to build a schedule from scratch.

Yes all of his tournaments will be put up for rescue probably this weekend as I will have to go through all of them and see where they are in regard to completion.

I am also trying to get all docs for his tournaments to make rescuing a lot easier!!
