Two sides to the ladder
First 50 rounds will alter challenges back and forth with odd places challenging on odd rounds and even places challenging on even rounds.
This means on odd rounds places 3, 5, 7, and 9 will challenge and on even rounds 2, 4, 6, 8. and 10 will challenge.
On the odd rounds players in position 1 and 10 will play opposite sides of the ladder. Winner may request changing sides if they choose or they can stay on the same side.
Winners must PM me if they want to change sides by the start of the next round. I will remind the first few weeks only.
Each player will have 50 games total in the regular 50 rounds.
Round 51 will have the the players in first position play each other in a 5of9 championship series for the crown of Ladder Champion. I have requested and verified that I can give two players a win as the person with the best record in the regular 50 rounds will also get a win. The best record in the 50 rounds receives a contest medal for this tourney. I will be using Tourney Stats for this so forfeit wins will not count. Only actual wins.
This tourney will take a long time to complete-maybe upwards of a year depending on how long players take to play the games. I wanted to give plenty of opportunity to move up and down the ladder and I think this will be really fun. I will start rounds as soon as all games are complete and I will check the games twice a week.
Initial ladder placement will be done with low rank players on the top. I will alter each ladder so the two worst rankings will start on top of each side and the two best will start at the bottom.
For this tournament freemium or premium players
I will take reserves-they start on number 10
Invites will be sent out-twice due to the extra medal
If you miss two invites in a row you may be replaced
Invites will be sent out-twice due to the extra medal
