Good question:

I created 108 game

last round had 112 actually played

We lost about seven players

Since it takes so long to set up and create the games I plan on doing it this way

I will do 12 more for 120 total but if they do not all get used I will keep doing enough games that will get played with some extras

I will not do the 12 extra until tonight though

Next round I will do 120 as well unless we have a bunch left over in which I will stay at the 110 mark.

Ok I spent some time making my life easier. I have taken all of the available maps and settings and put them into a spreadsheet with 22320 lines which equals 120 games when randomized. I will randomize and make the games like I said each Monday and send them out. Although we are using less than 120 games I will make 120 games each week. If there are thirty to forty left over then I will bring it down some. If you are not happy with the games created try and be available first thing when I send the pm is all I can say. There were still 48 games available this morning so that should be a pretty good selection for anyone that was unhappy. Like I said I am making 12 more games to equal the 120 for this week. Here is how my spreadsheet randomized them. I will also post this each week going forward--it will not be pretty but you can still look at it if you choose to. Also these are not guaranteed because if I click wrong when making a setting I am not going to go back and change it. If I do notice the mistake when making the games I will also make the correct settings. It is extremely tedious making games like this.

If you are in a game that does not get joined it will be taken down on Monday and you will miss out on playing that game--since it is your responsibility to find a game that begins, all penalties are still in place. I do suggest joining at the beginning of the week to get games in that will start and if you find that they are not starting to drop and go join ones that have other players in them.

This pm went out to all the players I have on the list that are still in the tourney so if you have dropped out or do not want to continue I need you to respond to this pm so I can take you off this list.

If you have joined your games please do not join anymore as this is information going out to everyone--remember 5 is the max allowed each week.

I will leave the games up until just before I send the new passcode--at that time all previous weeks games will be deleted if they have not started

almost 40 games not joined this week--I will take games down tomorrow night. I will have to wait and start the next set of games in a few days--most likely will have a few days in between sets of games for now on to make things easier on me running the tourney. I will still send a pm each week stating 24 hours left to join games for the present week or drop and rejoin to get a match up. If you played your five do not go join more just because you got this pm. If unsure check to make sure.

If you have dropped from this tourney let me know or if you miss two weeks in a row I will drop you if I have the time to check.

I will let everyone know the pass for next round tomorrow morning--remember games out on Monday an close on Monday when the new round begins we skipped a week due to my busy schedule but I want to keep going each Monday as long as I can handle making the game load on Sunday/Monday

been too busy to run my tourney--real life with two jobs and coaching soccer-and working over time barely gives me the time to keep up with my turns--hope to soon get things going again
