This tournament will be a multi-faceted multi-game contest.

Currently recruiting 1 multi-lingual tournament assistant
show: Assistant requirements responsibilities

Contenders will be organized into groups according to their CC assigned flag of residence.
- Hopefully, if we get enough international talent - Otherwise we may allow players to choose a country to represent ???

In order to participate:

Each COUNTRY:

* Must be represented by at least 1 English speaking player to act as Leader/Recruiter/Liaison for their country
* Must submit a minimum of 4 players
* Players/ Teams in excess of 4 will play against each other in preliminary rounds to determine who goes forward to represent in the Olympics.

NOTE: Any player can play in any number of categories. Each country can have a minimum of 4 players, thus players would have to determine who plays which games; and a maximum of 11 players where each player plays ONE and only one game type.

Each PLAYER:
* Must declare which category in which he/she will play.
* Must declare their desire to be their country's liaison (if they so desire)
* Premium only - Game load will vary

Each LIAISON:
* Will be responsible for active and aggressive recruiting among players from their home country

Game Categories:
* 1 vs. 1
* Terminator
* Doubles
* Triples
* Quads

Medals: (Subject to approval from the tourney team)
* National Champion Award - (General Achievement) Given to players who end up representing their country in the final Olympic Games.
* Gold Medal - (Tournament Achievement) Given to the overall winners
* Silver Medal - (General Achievement) Given to Silver medalist players (see rules below)

Maps:
* World 2.1
* Geographical maps representing participating countries

Structure:
Each country may enter a maximum of 4 player/teams for each game category. Competing teams (from the same country) will play pre-qualifying single elimination games to decide which player/team will advance to the Olympic Games to qualify for the Gold Medal.

Olympic Games will be divided into a bracket system depending on the final number of participating countries.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be used to indicate relative performance in each round of play. (Exact requirements will vary according to game type)

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE?? (depending on international participation) will any player be allowed to choose to play for any country other than that represented by the flag next to their avatar.

NOTE: I will allow nationals to jockey for the position of liaison, however, I will be the final decider. And my decision will be greatly affected by the potential liaison's fluency in English. However, my tournament assistant will also help with this decision.
