How do you decide the targets, random? Are you going file those with the TDs as well?

No the targets are not with anyone but I am doing the whole of each round before it starts, added the below to the first post.

Targets will be assigned using Random.org: only exception - no player will have the same target 3 times in one round.

Also I have sent the targets for round one to myself in a PM - which is dated - anyone who wants can see this when round one finishes .
