I don't understand how the winner is determined. Is this a team tournament or a singles tournament?

OK, I left a phrase "4 person team. . . " in from last tourney. Singles ONLY.

Sorry, I was referring to this. That's why I asked about team vs singles. It says the winner is determined by team wins.

Since GLG just received a one month ban, this tournament will not be properly FULL in time. So, locked and moved to abandoned.
