Actually, you can either just cancel it or try to run it with less people... That's your choice. It might be a good idea to just send out a PM about this to a few people to help get sign ups going. If you do decide to PM people, make sure to use BCC.

My preference is that you try to get people to sign up and run it as a full tournament.

You have until Thursday to get it FULL.

I'm assuming I don't need to know anything about college basketball? Heck I know little about BB at all. As long as thats understood.

According to ESPN there is a team called Monmouth Hawks, as I live only 7 miles from the original in Wales I'll go for them.
