68th Kim Jong Il's Birthday Tournament

This CC tournament is held to celebrate achievements of the people of Democratic People's Republic of Korea in their struggle against imperialism. The tournament is to end by 16-th of February, birthday of the great leader Kim Jong Il. 1 year premium membership will be donated by The Workers' Party of Korea. If imperialist stooges, as promised, donate another 1 year, 8 months will go to second place, and 4 months will go to the third place.
Number of players: at least 16, divisible by 4, no upper bound but the tournament starts as soon as there is an order from the supreme leader to start.
5 or 6 rounds depending on the number of participants; 3 games each round, so non-premium players are welcome!
All the games are 1v1, sequential. Exact settings in each round are decided by the current supreme leader of the tournament. In round 1, it is Waterloo, no cards, chained, fog (decided by me
). In round 2, it will be decided by the leader/leaders after round 1, etc.The tournament is run by the variation of Swiss system, i.e, in each round you play with 3 players whose number of points is close to you. Points are counted by the following formulas:
Points = Game_Points + Coefficient_Points
Game_Points = 10x(number of wins)
Coefficients_points = 0.2x(sum of all Game_Points of all the players you won by starting second) + 0.1x(sum of ll Game_Points of all the players you won by starting first or by walkover(no show))
The sum in the last formula goes over wins, not players, i.e. if you meet and win a player more then once, his/er points will appear several times too.
