Luxembourg City starts as neutral. It is also stated in the map legend that it starts as a neutral.

              Final Forge

---The Luxembourg Map has reached the ā€˜Final Forgeā€™ Stage. I've revived this thread from the pits of the Foundry Furnace (okay, maybe not) and have examined the contents. Nearly every major concern has been addressed. If there are any other current concerns, please make your voice heard. If after a reasonable amount of time there has not been any objection or protest, the map will be deemed finished with the 'Foundry Brand' of approval and will be submitted for live play. As long as there is still discussion or posts that have yet to be commented on, the map will remain in Final Forge until said discussion has reached the conclusion that the map has reached its final and polished version.

Post questions and concerns if any.

Sorry, been busy with the site-wide update and various other duties!

edbeard wrote:I still say that border makes no sense (you know which one). But, at the least a 'Luxembourg City is not part of the Letzebuerg bonus' line is needed if you don't change the border.

I agree with Edbeard here. Consistency, even if it is "clear."

Thanks Andy. I noticed you are very active in other sections of the forum much more than used to be before.

Agreed on the second point. I will add that line. Sorry Ed I think I actually missed your original post...must have been exams' pressure!

Initial XML done...

http://www.fileden.com/files/2008/1/19/ ... mbourg.xml

Summary: 0 errors and 0 warnings detected in luxembourg.xml (6 continents, 19 territories)

Need to do Co-ordinates... are you doing those Ruben or do you want me to do it?

OK XML done...

(You may need to refresh this page)
http://www.fileden.com/files/2008/1/19/ ... mbourg.xml

Fixed -> Special chars
Neutral 3 in Lux
Co-ords.

Should be done now Ruben... I'll let you tweak any co-ords that are a pixel out though!!

Note - centering the small was easier than centering the large!

Might be worth throwing up some 88 examples - as they're easy to tell.

I fine with it as is... it's only one more territory to defend than the +2 regions.
