Forts will be randomly chosen between adjacent or chained A match will consist of 7 games and the player winning 4 or more will move onto the next round. Maps and fortification type will be determined randomly for each game of each match. In later rounds the # of games will increase.
In the quarterfinals (final 8 ) it will be best 6 of 11. In the semifinals (final 4) it will be best 8 of 15. The finals will be best 11 of 21.Reserves will be given random matches in round one where opening develops. Round 2 will start after round one is finished. If there are reserves left they will be randomly placed in round 2 openings. It is possible we might run out of reserves and someone could end up with an automatic win. The 2nd round is the last round we will use reserves. In later rounds you will receive an automatic win if your opponent drops out.
Any maps that are created in the future won't be included as I've already randomly created a sequential list of maps and fortification methods for the entire tournament. As a reminder these were randomly determined so some of the stuff looks a little odd. Multiple players in the first round will play at least 2 of their 7 games on the same map and in some cases players will have all 7 of their games with the same fortification type. It is kind of like streaks with the dice. In the short run things aren't equally distributed.
