Hey,
When I attack to or from Judea it shows the terts name as ludea. Is that a typo or am I being dumb?

in moment i whas ,almost belive that i made mistake and that i write on map iudea.Thanks god,everything is ok-Iudaea is latin name for roman provinces,and Judaea is english translation.
Its look that you are dumb,but these is yours words.

Wait QWERT, now I feel really dumb... It's written as both ludea and Judea on the map though. It's supposed to be like that?

LOL, the map says Judea, but the little scroll tab(xml?) says ludea. Unless one L looks waaay off...

As qwert said, the territory name is IUDEA on the map, although the curvy text makes the I look a little bit like a J

Yeah, I figured it out finally. But I had to blow up the map. It's that little line that runs along the coast in the water, it touches the bottom of the l and smudges it a bit. My moniter doesn't help with it either.

Yes, I misspelled. Sorry for the confusion. It was only the 'l' that I was having trouble with. But I've been contented, because now I understand what I was seeing. An optical illusion of sorts.

ITs good to heard,now you complete prepare for these map,and nothing can supprised you,well except bad dices.

Hi,

Hope I'm not barging in too late here...

I've played two games on this map and have high regard for the graphics and style. Also the bonuses system is cool. I have some serious misgivings, though, about some of the borders:

(a) The navies seem to play no real part in 2-player games. They are connected only to one territory and apparently start neutral (do they really? maybe it was just a fluke in my 2 games). So one doesn't bother about them and they just hang there.

(b) For similar reasons, I never got around to doing anything with the Rome inset. It's just too much trouble and not worth it.

One more thing: the convention by which province names written outside the provinces themselves is not very convenient. One gets used to it but it doesn't quite feel right.

Overall though, nice map. There is huge potential here.

Ships and Rome is not worth in 1v1 players.
All territory who gives bonuses start neutral
You can take ship and dont be afraid that someon from other ship can attack(just follow attack routes)
These last i dont quit understand.
