And if all ships border all posts, doesn't that mean you just attack a port then a ship? And then in an assassin, first person to move wins, yet in a 2 players, first person to attack a port exposes themselves and loses.
Perhaps the starting points might not border each other, and not be one territory away from each other, but several territories away?
