We currently do not have a new medal specifically for Franchises, but we will request one in the future (if possible).

What it means is that you have to have run a public tournament here in the Tournament forums before we allow you to run a tournament for just the international people. This is to know if a member has the commitment needed to run a tournament before they run one in a forum that is not closely looked over by a Tournament Director.
