How do I put an MS Excell spread sheet into a post?

You have to take a screenshot of it and then host it on an image site such as photobucket or imageshack. You can't directly embed the file in a post.

Ok so I edit it in the excell program than re post it when ever I update it? K last question lol How do I take a screen shot?

Generally you have to use the Print Screen button on your computer. Other people will be able to explain it better than I can (do a search, using the advanced search tool, of this forum or the Tournament Archives).

Simply go to a Mac, probably at a local University, use MS=Excel, save as a TIF, open in Photoshop CS4, save as a photobucket compatible file, and than upload.
