IN ROUND 1 OUR ANIMATED HEROES WILL INVADE EUROPE!
First round maps - Europe - Italy - British Isles - Germany.
Each player will play two games in the first round. Matchups and maps will be selected randomly.
Open to all members. -Battles must be joined within 24 hours. Freemium players are encouraged to keep an open game.
Singles; Sequential; Flat-rate; Automatic Deployment; Sunny; Unlimited Fortifications; Double Elimination. One winner will be for gameplay and one winner for personal contribution.
32 players will select a character and play as that character until they're eliminated. ****FIRST CHANGE - If the lesser-liked characters take too long to be selected, new players can choose a character not on the list - they must choose a Simpsons, South Park or Looney Tunes character . (Those who have already joined cannot change their character)
The Gameplay Champion will be determined by head-to-head combat, which will begin when we have enough players.
The highly coveted Cartoon Personality Champion will be determined by player's contribution to the tournament and participation in assignments.
The winner of the title will receive a Contest Acheivement Medal!
All players will be given equal opportunites to accumulate points and, when the tournament starts to wind down, the 7 players with the highest point totals will be put in a poll to elect the player who contributed the most fun to the tournament.
"Secret Assignment" points will range between 1 and 5 points. ***An example of a secret assignment could be Tweety challenging Sylvester to a game of Doodle Earth, the South Park boys challenging the Simpsons in Canada, or Wyle E. Coyote telling us all which Acme item he will use to destroy the Roadrunner!
5 Points will be given to each player who uses their character signature.
5 Points will be awarded to each player who uses their character avatar.
1 - 5 Points will be awarded for 'smacking' another player or players, and I, Eric Cartman, will fairly determine the number of points each smack deserves.
Custom signatures and avatars will be sent during the first round.
***NOTE - Although the tournament is double elimination, any player flying their cartoon colors will progress to Round 2, even if they lose both of their Round 1 games!
-As a courtesy to all others, please be sure your availability permits you to take your regular turns. Deadbeating ruins it for everyone!
-Game #'s and passwords will not be PM'd until 32 characters have been selected.
The goal of this tournament is to participate in the assignments, talk smack in your posts and games, and most of all to have fun!
Players who actively post may be awarded with extra points!
I reserve the right to make exceptions, changes and introduce additional ways to give, or take away points. Players with a sense of humor will fare better than those who are a stick in the mud! I mean, Come on, Kyle! Who wants a ****ing stick in the mud!
